PURCHASE POLICY

SHIPPING

Within UAE: We will deliver the purchased product within 2 to 3 working days.
The given delivery period is approximate & indicated. It is based on the present condition and subjected to delay by reason of acts of weather, strikes, lockouts, fires, or any other contingency

 Outside UAE: The shipment delivery times & cost may vary. In this case, we recommend contacting us before by either writing to info@abilities.ae or call directly on the contact numbers provided.

Shipping Record: The customer invoice and delivery note will be provided for customer’s record, which customer must sign on acceptance of shipment. 

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

Return: To return your product, customer should send us an email on info@abilities.ae within 7 days from date of purchase with a proof of purchase and we will discuss the matter accordingly. The item can be returned subjected to that product is not opened from its original packing and not been used. Customer will bear the cost of the return of item to our provided location. We will give confirmation in the writing for receiving the product back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchange: Customer can exchange the product with same value or above within 14 days from date of purchase, providing proof of purchase and subjected to that product is not opened from its original packing and not been used. In case there is no suitable product found as exchange, a ‘credit note’ will be granted valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Refund: If the refund is approved as per our policies, the funds will be granted back to the same payment solution used initially by the customer and may take 45 working days to appear in customer’s account. If funds not received, please check your bank or credit card company. In case of further delays, we recommend contacting us immediately for taking possible action. Any custom order’s advance or full payment will be not refunded if shipment is not collected or received by customer within 30 days of shipment arrival notice by us. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, subjected to the individual case.

Following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

* Any custom-made product & advance payment for it.

* Pre ordered/ordered based purchases or products on demand.

* Orthopedic/rehabilitation aid products 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order before the product is shipped to the provided address. Once you will get the confirmation through us that product is shipped, cancellation can not be done. It will be then, the matter of “return item”.

We recommend that customer keeps record of all communication for cancellation, return and refund for sake of better understanding about their order.
